MassHousing works directly with lenders. If your institution is not approved to offer MassHousing products, please view our lender requirements. If you meet our eligibility requirements, please have your corporate management or investor management team send a request to LenderApproval@masshousing.com with the subject line "New Lender Inquiry" and we will add you to our lender approval queue.
